The 2024 PentaPatch CAL Yarn kit

This CAL (Crochet-A-Long) is designed and will be organized by Haakplein (hence not a CAL from Durable). Haakplein uses Durable Comfy for this CAL.

Designers Jolanda and Naomi from ‘Haakplein’ noticed comparisons with the famous Greek mosaic tiles in their design. As a result, the choice for a Greek name was quickly made. The 5 (Penta) circles in the middle part and the way of joining these together (Patchwork) gave rise to the name PentaPach. The patchwork of the center part can be joined together in different ways.

The PentaPatch 2024 is a blanket. Approx. size = 170 cm (67 in) x 150 cm (59 in).

The PentaPatch kits are available in 4 color variations, all with a Greek name that matches the colors:

Australis - (Reds & Pinks)

Boreas - (Blues & White)

Levant - (Purples & Greens)

Zephyr - (Browns & Greens)

The PentaPatch CAL starts on February 23, 2024 and consist of 15 parts. Every week a new part of the pattern will be released in English and Dutch, of course with clearly written explanations, crochet diagrams and instructional videos.
